A cru, a vintage and a blend of three terroirs for this cuvée, always with the remarkable precision of the Gimonnet style found in this 100% Chardonnay. The golden color with green highlights is enlivened by very fine bubbles rising up the chimney. The 4.5 g/l dosage and 3 years in the cellar produce a voluptuous, already complex wine. The nose distills aromas of button mushrooms, apple, pear, peach, with a hint of brioche and vanilla. Same notes on the palate, with the added flavour of floral honey on the attack. A magnificent wine, more appetizing and zesty on the finish, which we'd love to enjoy with a lobster Bellevue.
