Very light color for this blend, two-thirds grand cru, the rest premier cru. The nose is greedy and chalky, with superb vegetal notes of tarragon. On the palate, the champagne is full and sparkling. It offers very ripe notes, making this champagne a model of expressive finesse. And what length! Open with abalone.
