From the very first aromas, we discover a lovely freshness that combines lemon blossom, a very pleasant harlequin candy aspect and the sweetness of a melon sorbet, reminiscent of the robe. This pleasing freshness is echoed in a very straightforward body, chiseled by a tangy structure reminiscent of pomelo, Seville orange and kumquat. The finish is a gourmet's delight, with notes of chocolate strawberry and candied grapefruit.

Les 29,40 hectares de vignes sont situés exclusivement sur la côte des Blancs, à Cramant, Chouilly et Oger (13 hectares en grands crus), mais aussi à Vertus et à Cuis (16 hectares en premiers crus). La famille accorde une grande importance au respect du terroir, à l’âge des vignes ainsi qu’à la maîtrise des assemblages. Leur vignoble représente 100% de leur approvisionnement.
