This very fine Gastronome comes from the 2014 vintage alone. A cuvée with fine bubbles, known as "perlée", creamy mousse and a lighter effervescence than classic cuvées. The aroma combines flavors of white flowers and citrus fruits, with race and tension. A fine cuvée to open at the table, with a noble dish such as lobster.
