A 2015 blanc de blancs that brings together the terroirs of Cramant, Chouilly, Oger and Cuis, strongholds of the Gimonnet family. The color is fresh, with pale gold and green hues, fine bubbles and creamy mousse. The nose is floral and fruity, with notes of citrus, barley sugar, lemongrass, white nettle and lemon balm. The palate is supple with fruity, mentholated flavors, finishing on a mineral, zesty note. A lacy, airy wine. Freshness and in-house purity. Enjoy as an aperitif with smoked salmon canapés or fish rillettes.
