Beautiful golden color and magnificent consistency of fine bubbles for this great vintage disgorged after 10 years on the lees and not dosed. After another year in bottle, the nose is impressively fresh, with notes of rhubarb, citrus, dried fruit and fresh mushrooms. On the palate, the wine once again shines with its tension, freshness and structure, typical of the Côte des Blancs style: lively and full-bodied. With aeration, the wine gains in roundness and flavor. Superb.
