Beautiful color for this top-of-the-range cuvée made from Grand Cru and Premier Cru grapes. With a minimum of 6 years on the lees, it releases notes of candied lemon, almond, herbal tea and lime blossom, all with perfectly preserved mineral freshness. The champagne is superb on the palate, both soft and fine. The bubbles are caressing, and the saline, salivating finish makes many other cuvées pale. Perfect with oysters or lobster au naturel. A must!
