A fresh, elegant blanc de blancs. The bouquet is made up of notes of churned butter, toasted bread, yellow citrus fruit, spices and an elegant mineral imprint. On the palate, despite the limited dosage, the wine is full-bodied, with precise acidity. Long, fresh, lemony finish. Serve with lemon chicken.
