How do I get listed in Gault&Millau?
If you would like to be included in the next Gault&Millau selection, your restaurant must be surveyed beforehand. To do so, you can send us as much information as possible about your restaurant (CV, chef's background, menus, photos, link to your website, etc.) to this e-mail address france@gaultmillau.fr. This information is then submitted to the editorial team to determine whether or not your establishment will be visited, based on what we're looking for in our guide. If the results of the survey are positive, your restaurant will be eligible for free listing in our next edition.
