Each of the Academy's ten members has contributed his or her own cuisine and universe to the promotion of our gastronomic heritage in France and beyond. Now that these great "sages" have reached the pinnacle of their art, Gault&Millau has awarded them 5 gold toques. With this distinction, their restaurants will no longer be rated, but still recommended to epicureans and epicureans.
