Who's the Cook of the Century?
On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of Gault&Millau magazine in 1990, the title "Chef of the Century" was awarded to three chefs who, through their personalities, have contributed to the development of French gastronomy. They were Paul Bocuse, Frédy Girardet and Joël Robuchon.
