How much does a food critic earn?
A food critic's salary is made up of several elements. Firstly, payment of the bill for the restaurant surveyed, plus a fee of around €50 per report sent in (supplemented by photos of the dishes tasted, the restaurant, etc.). Finally, for each article written, remuneration is paid on the basis of 90€ to 130€ per sheet.
