What is the Gault&Millau Tour?
It's the most dynamic gastronomic event in the region! Since 2012, Gault&Millau has been bringing together the major players in the culinary trades for the release of its regional guides. A total of 11 Gault&Millau Tours take place each year to unite and celebrate the talents of our terroirs.
