A superb old gold color and microscopic bubbles announce, even before you put your nose in the glass, the exceptional. The nose is exceptional, with a complexity and scope reminiscent of 20-year-old Montrachets. We could go on and on about the aromas that reach you, but let's keep it substantial: the nose evolves every second, while remaining itself. The palate is delirious. The bubbles are barely perceptible, so fine are they, and the root character, anchored in the soil, comes through with clarity and certainty. Tasting this champagne, you appreciate the juice of the soil through the intermediary of the plant and the hand of man. A philosophy more than a beverage. To be discovered and savored for itself.
