Disgorged before us in 2021, this cuvée is quite simply superb, and quite different from its sister disgorged 7 years earlier. Airy, with slightly less power, it offers aromas of candied mandarin, zan, licorice and warm spices. The attack seems almost gentle, and the mid-palate even more present, more sparkling. The bubbles are infinitely discreet and the length less rooty, but more vibrant. Magnificent. One simply dreams of lobster with vanilla.
