Its sauternes color is surprising at first glance, while the nose is astonishing, with its strange mix of fresh button mushroom notes, coffee and more pastry-like aromas of chocolate bread. Not to mention a hint of potpourri and mild spices (curry, turmeric). This complexity is echoed on the palate, with a chiselled, straightforward and precise texture. The bubbles add creaminess to the material, which bears witness to a shimmering evolution. The texture is dense, with a hint of salivating bitterness. A pleasure for demanding connoisseurs.
