This semi-dry cuvée is fantastic. Based on a very recently disgorged 2014 wine, it offers a nose of pear and mirabelle plum of rare purity. On the palate, the wine has a roundness reminiscent of cider, with fine bubbles and constant freshness. The sugars are completely digested, melted and integrated. Superb.
