A superb golden hue for this cuvée, whose color evolves gracefully. The nose immediately offers up chalk, candied fruit and notes worthy of jurançons with roasted exotic fruit, but all at once powdery, evanescent and very present. On the palate, the champagne is unctuous, round, with a magnificent presence. Finishes with tension and root persistence. A great wine to open today with a fine poultry dish.
