Intense gold in color, with amber highlights, the honeyed, jammy nose has already evolved. The same is true on the palate, with notes of walnut and roasted hazelnut, and a slight bitterness that is balanced by a fresh, delicate texture. Don't hesitate to open it two or three hours before tasting to discover very gourmet aromas of lukewarm financier, gingerbread, vanilla and cinnamon. The wine then becomes rounder and more assertive. An almost endless aromatic journey.
