Officially offered as a brut, this cuvée is in fact an extra-brut, offering scents of fresh grapes, pastry, cocoa and a lovely lemony freshness. On the palate, the wine is powerful, round and vinous, particularly well matured, but with no aromatic traces of ageing. It's an ideal accompaniment to a fine andouillette from Daniel Thierry.
