This coteaux champenois white, made from pinot blanc grapes alone, is beautifully defined and mineral. The nose immediately evokes chalk, then white fruit. On the palate, the round, velvety character of pinot blanc is accompanied by a real tension on the finish. A very fine white wine to open classically with white fish.
