Exceptional Hotel There's no need to introduce Jean-Michel Lorain, the legendary chef who succeeded his father Michel at the helm of Côte Saint-Jacques, one of France's most prestigious restaurants, a symbol of the richness of a terroir, but also of its ability to reinvent itself... Discovering this temple of gastronomy is a journey in itself, which is why the family invites guests to extend the experience by staying at this beautiful hotel on the banks of the Yonne. A Relais & Châteaux member, the hotel boasts a lounge-bar warmed by a fireplace, and 22 rooms and suites with balconies or terraces overlooking the garden or river. The 800 m2 spa boasts an indoor pool, hammam, sauna and designer treatment rooms, including the Paoma brand, which is natural, vegan and not tested on animals. The hotel's top-flight facilities are now complemented by another refuge, La Maison de Famille, located a stone's throw from the hotel and featuring a dozen rooms that are simpler but full of charm.
