Gault&Millau's review
As early as 1989, Jean-Pierre Fleury, one of the first biodynamists to settle on the Côte des Bar, helped extend the production system beyond the circle of the "cosmically enlightened". Following in Jean-Pierre's footsteps are Morgane, Jean-Sébastien and Benoît, each of whom, in their own way, contributes to the edifice. In 2019, the domaine celebrated 30 years of biodynamic viticulture, and is now firmly established among Champagne's elite, with expressive wines of strong personality. The entire range can be found at La Cave Fleury, run in Paris by Morgane, who also presents a cutting-edge selection of organic wines and fine gourmet products.
