Superb raspberry color for this, the house's first rosé de saignée without dosage. The nose is full of red fruit (wild strawberry, raspberry) and sprinkled with hints of blackberry. On the palate, the natural greediness of the grape brings out the fullness of the wine, its vibrant, chalky structure. Pair with Asian cuisine.
