Golden straw color. The nose is lively, fresh and floral, with lime and yellow lemon, a touch of caramel and custard. The mousse and bubbles are lively and fresh, with a tight, straightforward woodiness. Plenty of freshness and length on the palate, with a lovely lemony intensity, but the wood still needs time to integrate. iA round, fresh, lemony cuvée with a long finish, a gastronomic wine with good ageing potential.
