Over 10 years in the cellar for this bottle, disgorged only in February 2018. To the eye, fine bubbles rise vigorously in a luminous champagne. The nose combines freshness and evolution, with notes of dried fruit, sweet honey, ripe apples and Williams pears. It's on the palate that the wine reveals itself: lively, vibrant, with great intensity. Slightly fresher than the last tasted version, this cuvée can be enjoyed with a white pudding with truffles.
