This magnificent vintage expresses as much intensity as length. What an incredible punch! On the nose, roasted chestnut, coffee and quetsche plum blend together. The palate is at once velvety, punchy and so persistent with varied nuances, sublimated by the most delicate perlage. Sweet potato and salt-crusted wild boletus for an original pairing.
