Superb golden color for this cuvée d'assemblage, composed of 80% Pinot Noir with no dosage and, above all, no added sulfur. The nose is superb, with scents of liqueur, old marc, brioche and dried fruit, but also with hints of menthol that bring great freshness. The palate matches it, with ripe yellow fruit and hints of apricot bergeron. Beautiful persistence and superb texture. Enjoy this cuvée with exotic dishes, such as curries, or more simply with octopus à la galicienne.

Fleury
Located in Courteron, in the Côte des Bar (Aube), in the south of Champagne, this 15-hectare estate was founded in 1895 by Émile Fleury. Jean-Pierre Fleury, one of the first biodynamists on the Côte des Bar, helped expand the production system in 1989. Today, the 4th generation, Morgane, Jean-Sébastien and Benoît, are all contributing to the estate's success. In 2019, the estate celebrated 30 years of biodynamic viticulture, and is now firmly established among Champagne's elite, producing expressive wines with a strong personality.
