Prestige Hotel Just a stone's throw from Chablis, this contemporary château-hotel offers a welcome contrast in a region where the hotel business has remained very traditional. Located in the château or its outbuildings, the 10 rooms and suites are spacious and ultra-luminous, with a refined blend of period fireplaces and parquet flooring, designer furniture and contemporary works of art, all opening onto the park shaded by tall trees. Equally seductive, the table d'hôte-style restaurant offers generous, gourmet cuisine featuring seasonal produce, led by Brazilian chef Iaman Santos Costa.
