Ideally located between Troyes, Dijon and Chablis, Château de Courban is embarking on a new gastronomic chapter. Chef Vincent Ferreira, 32, succeeds the talented Maxime Lesobre and takes over the reins of the brigade. In the kitchen, he makes it a point of honor to work with local produce and unearth local nuggets from which he draws the best. But his many loyal guests are just as enthusiastic about the bucolic charm of this 19th-century estate, with its meadows, forests and former manor house featuring 25 warm and refined rooms and suites... Not to mention the incredible 16th-century dovecote, where you can also spend the night. The outdoor swimming pool invites you to relax before exploring the park and its cascading gardens, ponds and beautiful terraces. The final feature of this Teritoria member is the Nuxe spa, with sauna, hammam, jacuzzi and three treatment rooms offering relaxing or invigorating body and face massages.
