A benchmark rosé, the jewel of the house. The color is as limpid as a coral sapphire. The complex aromatic palette develops notes of spicy candied red fruit, bitter orange zest, pomelo and greengage. On the palate, ripe, spicy fruit envelops a light smokiness. On the palate, a creamy chewiness carries an underlying minerality and reserves an infinite length. Its light, well-integrated dosage (4.5 g/l) gives it the vinosity of great wines. The champagne of great moments, to be paired with noble dishes such as poularde de Bresse with porcini mushrooms. It will remain unforgettable.
