95/100
With 70% Pinot Noir, this cuvée is considerably fresher than the House's other 2004s. On the nose, fruity notes of lemon, preserved lemon and toasted hazelnut are superb. The palate is creamy and vinous, with a lactic, exotic edge. A very good champagne, particularly well made.
