Bitter orange peel, cashew nut, cooked mirabelle plum and notes of custard and puff pastry. A cuvée that's as gourmand and complete as ever, delighting us with its very personal aromas. Tension and bubbles that burst beautifully on the tongue. The wine's vinosity is kept in check by beautiful bitters on the finish. We also love this iridescent rose color.
