Beautiful notes of orange, raisins, caramelized almonds, meringue and smoke for this gourmet cuvée. Chalkiness and salinity are preserved on a sapid lingering finish with superb bitters. Apricot and honey reign supreme for a noble match with great shellfish. A very fine bottle.
