Produced from a selection of plots, this cuvée is fully aged in wood. A nose of ripe white fruit, vine peach, rhubarb and apricot, with floral notes of cherry blossom and elderberry. The palate is expressive, lively, marked by zesty citrus and a rich structure. The finish is long, invigorating and chalky. A fine Champagne to be enjoyed as an aperitif or with St-Pierre with squid and gnocchi
