An emblematic Champagne cuvée, Clos des Goisses possesses a charisma of great nobility. Predominantly made from Pinot Noir grapes, it expresses great power. The intense nose develops a fruity palette of granny apple, vine peach, kumquat and bergamot, followed by floral scents of meadow flowers and infused chamomile, complemented by toasty and spicy notes. The ample palate reveals great freshness and sustained minerality, on an aromatic framework marked by ripe, spicy white fruit. A vintage for immediate pleasure. The perfect match: Alba truffle risotto and pigeon pastilla.
