This legendary cuvée is the result of a unique terroir. From the outset, we perceive a wine of complex charisma. The fragrance is rich and powerful, with spicy white fruits, peaches in brandy, Savoy cookies and white chocolate. On the palate, the attack is frank and greedy, with a slightly tense structure leading to a fresh, chalky finish. A champagne with great potential, to be enjoyed with poularde de Bresse aux morilles.
