Discreet and tender, the nose opens with scents of old rose petal and country flowers, then aromas of yellow peach, crushed raspberry and Williams pear arrive with aeration to compose a round, silky and cheerful bouquet. These fruity notes are intensified in a supple, creamy texture with good fullness. Red and black berries contribute to the fleshy texture, followed by a maraschino cherry finish with real personality. This wine goes well with red meat, such as pâté en croûte Richelieu. A little bitterness on the finish gives it a kick. A real personality.
