Nearly 70% Premier and Grand Cru grapes for this blend, the majority of which was produced in 2015. The nose evokes ripe fruit, with aromas of peach, rhubarb and clementine. On the palate, the Chardonnay reveals itself to be greedy, with a lovely roundness and just the right amount of fruit. The finish is taut with grapefruit bitters. Enjoy as an aperitif.
