A hint of fresh mushroom opens the nose, followed by more classic, cheerful notes of flowers (lilac, seringa) and fresh fruit. These aromas are found in a body energized by a salivating lemony texture. The saline finish exacerbates this sapidity. A wine that deserves to be accompanied by seafood tapas, banana leaf fish or grilled lobster.

Founded in 1760, Lanson is the fourth oldest Champagne house. Drawing on a family heritage and unique know-how, it is the love of a job well done and attention to others that has guided the men and women of the house for over 260 years. The unique and authentic style of the wines is based on a meticulous selection of crus, a rare collection of reserve wines and prolonged maturation in the cellar. Cellar master Hervé Dantan carefully crafts wines characterized by freshness, fruitiness and inimitable vitality. As for the cellars, they house a collection of vintages dating back to 1904, undoubtedly one of the finest in Champagne.
