This bottle, like others, marks the supremacy of the great Houses in this vintage. Tasted in 2013, this cuvée is exemplary. Right from the nose, with its complex notes of preserved lemon, white chalk and fresh bread, you can sense that this is a finished wine. On the palate, the microscopic bubbles accompany a tasty wine, long and taut, with no trace of acidity or bitterness. A very fine bottle to enjoy today and, no doubt, for a long time to come.
