A blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir. The brilliant gold color creates a chimney-like effervescence of extremely fine bubbles. On the nose, honeyed candied white fruits (pineapple, melon, pomelo) blend elegantly with dried fruits. Homogeneous, structured and full-bodied on the palate, with a white truffle finish. A fine match for a red partridge stew with vegetables or Pentecost veal roast with peppers.
