Intense gourmand notes give the impression of a pastry workshop, between roasted almond, poached pear and ripe mirabelle plums. Softly toasted aromas appear with aeration, adding further density. The palate offers a perfect balance of creamy bubbles, energetic body and fruity notes. A wine that's full-bodied and round, with a charming, seductive appearance. A very rich, enveloping champagne, but with length and smoothness.
