A member of the Relais & Châteaux collection, this is one of the most prestigious estates in the Champagne region! In the heart of Reims, this former residence of the de Polignac family, completely refurbished by Pierre-Yves Rochon, now boasts the confidential luxury of 20 rooms and suites decorated in the purest French classical style: painted woodwork, velvet fabrics and floral tapestries, all with magnificent views over the courtyard of honor or the estate's park. On the first floor, epicureans are spoilt for choice, between the gourmet restaurant Le Parc - one of the finest in the region - and the brasserie Le Jardin, with its loft-like atmosphere and bucolic terrace.
