This champagne comes from our own biodynamic vineyards in the villages of Verneuil and Vandières. This blend of 50% Pinot Noir has a lovely golden color with pink highlights. Right from the nose, it's all about fruit, with notes of pink grapefruit, granny smith and brugnon. This vibrant fruitiness continues on the palate, right through to the finish, with just the right amount of bitterness. A fruit bomb with a perfectly assertive style.
