The house can count on a fine sourcing and a good repertoire of recipes from all regions of Italy: little fritters from Lombardy with beef and pigmeat, fresh octopus from Puglia on a cream of fava beans sauce with Sicilian capers and lemon zest, or the famous vitello tonnato from Piedmont.
