Thierry Sofia brings over twenty-five years of experience to his charming red monochrome bistro, where the slate works the seasons in good rotation. Located not far from the Garibaldi metro station, it's as much a neighborhood address as a meeting place for loyal diners, who appreciate the level of the plates and the service. We'll be back for the foie gras mi-cuit au porto, filet mignon de porc basse température, potato purée, mini-vegetables and jus de viande corsé, grilled polenta, mushroom cream, pan-fried mushrooms and écume forestière, chocolate ganache, crème montée au caramel and crumble façon cookie et praliné.
