Gourmet Restaurant Just off the Gambetta junction, a dapper bistro, practical and welcoming in its neo-retro setting. No major complications, but good sensations on the seasonal slate with the Plaisir menu: perfect egg with espuma lardons onions, farmhouse chicken supreme with butternut chestnut purée and meat jus, caramelized pears with thyme and caramel passion sauce in this fair formula at €32.80 in full sequence.
