Gourmet Restaurant A practical bistro on the Gambetta side of town, turned towards tradition without overemphasizing Lyonnais cuisine, allowing itself more impersonal excursions into the French repertoire. The €31.70 slate is a welcome change from the usual: shrimp with tarragon, beet and red cabbage coleslaw; gnocchi, cabbage trio, roasted leek, mustard and hazelnuts; piglet shank confit, Madeira jus, Paimpol cocoa beans and seasonal mushrooms; and buckwheat galette, pear carpaccio, carrot siphon, vanilla apple compote.
