Gault&Millau's review 2025

Ideally located on Place Bellecour (the beating heart of Lyon), between the waters of the Rhône and Saône rivers, this luxury hotel (a member of the MGallery collection) features 62 rooms and 10 suites of elegant luxury, with beautiful fabrics by Pierre Frey, Ligne Roset furniture and beds covered in delicious feather comforters. In a city that lays claim to the title of gastronomic capital of the country, the hotel also offers L'Institut, the restaurant-school of the Institut Paul Bocuse, where Cyril Bosviel pilots a cuisine served in a dining room designed by Pierre-Yves Rochon.
