Chef's Restaurant An address for pleasure and connoisseurs. Here, it's the quality of the product, combined with an exact science of French bourgeois cuisine that so far surpasses any burger on earth: we share the wild boar bacon, chicory and cardoon with anchoïade before throwing ourselves on the pâté chaud cerf et veau pistache foie gras embeurrée de chou à la moutarde et condiments, a hunter's dish, a real eater's dish. Nothing is banal, everything is unique, right down to the black sesame, clementine and pumpkin confit tartlet. In the evening, there's a surprise menu, as well as an excellent lunch menu at €28, the most original and sophisticated in town.
