Gourmet Restaurant You have to be a bit voracious, but also selective in your tastings. Because this bistro is not for the faint-hearted, but for the more educated eater who can recognize the quality of the Bouchot mussels, served in orange soup with a few salted butter croutons, the well-prepared Grenoble-style skate wing with capers and lemon vinaigrette, or the beef cheek braised in red wine with carrots and almonds. The €27.50 formula, which includes chestnut fondant or rum baba, can be extended to €34 with cervelle de canut or saint-marcellin for the most voracious. Serious cellar, with many wines from regional owners.
